Business Plan Form
Business Plan Digital Copy (this form should only be used to help when drafting proposals, final submissions should be made using the online form above).
The Council wishes to ensure that the transfer is successful for all parties. As such a Business Plan will normally be required. This is likely to consider an asset or service request in relation to its Fixed Asset book value, market value and overall costs likely to be incurred. A Business Plan will also be required for all key decisions or whereby the application concerns the devolution of a service.
The template will take you through the requirements of the Business Plan submission and further guidance can be found within the approved Framework document.
A Business Plan is not required to be submitted until an initial EOI has been submitted and approved.
